Croatia signed as number 74 on 23 September, Côte d’Ivoire as 75 the next day and San Marino as 76 on 25 September. The accords set shared rules for exploring the Moon peacefully and openly: share data, help each other, keep out of each other’s way. Portugal joined as 60th in January, Türkiye as 71st on 31 August. Our take: the Moon is getting a rulebook before it gets crowded.
