Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney (NASA), Joshua Kutryk (Canada) and Sergey Teteryatnikov (Roscosmos) are due to launch no earlier than 15:10 UTC on a Falcon 9 from Cape Canaveral, in the Dragon capsule “Grace”.
